Advertisers entering into this agreement shall receive one banner to be displayed on the field of choice if space is available. The advertiser will supply the copy and logo to be used on the banner. The banner will be placed on the venue of choice for one year from the date of the agreement, with the option to renew for subsequent years. The SBA Athletic Office will place signs on the venue of choice as spots become available. The advertiser may designate a specific sport or organization to which the funds will be assigned, less the cost of the banner. St. Benedict at Auburndale reserves the right to determine when a new banner is needed upon agreement renewal.

St. Benedict at Auburndale agrees to have banner placed within three weeks of receiving the check, signed agreement, and company name and logo on the banner. Banners will be universal in that they are navy blue with white lettering. The SBA logo will be in the top left corner, with the purchaser's company logo in white lettering in the center of the banner. The company logo may include the logo brand, website/phone number, etc.
